    My name is John Parfitt and I have been a professional photographer for over 30 years, all of my working life. Photography has not only been my job but also a lifelong passion, I love what I do.

    This area of my site is dedicated to showing you up to date real life work taken by both my colleague Sarah Kingston and I. The images reproduced here are by kind permission of my customers and I keep this as up to date as possible ( difficult at busy times! ).

Chris and Liz’s Wedding at Aldeburgh and Thorpeness

OK so the weather at the end of April was not kind!

Chris and Liz’s wedding at Aldeburgh Church was still lovely though and their reception venue, the Country Club at Thorpeness was perfect.

Yes we did take pictures on the Beach, just love the black & white shot with Sarah helping as Chris carries Liz!

Despite the weather still some fantastic opportunities for great pictures, thank you to Chris and Liz for being such great sports.

Sarah and I often work as wedding photographers in Norwich and the surrounding area so it was lovely to travel across the border into Suffolk for this beautiful wedding.

Ashley and Rachel’s wedding at Swainsthorpe Church Norwich

Ashley and Rachel had four seasons in one day for their wedding at Swainsthorpe Church ( well a months worth of rain anyway!)

It was a lovely wedding and the day still had a few surprises in store with sunshine and a few dry minutes just as the church service was over and again at the end of the day. Just one of the challenges being a wedding photographer in Norfolk I guess!

The guests were transported to the reception on a old London Red Bus, what a great idea, with plenty of singing along the way!

Lewis and Anna’s pre wedding pictures at Brasted’s

A busy May Bank Holiday Monday with pre wedding shoots!

Lewis and Anna have their wedding at Brasted’s later this year so it was great to meet them there before the wedding day to discuss possible locations for photography and take some pre wedding pictures while we were there.

Brasted’s has a lovely outside space for photographs, like rolling countryside. If you would like to see sample albums of weddings previously photographed there then please contact me.

Oliver and Rachel – Wedding at Burnham Deepdale and Chaucer Barn

Just a couple ( well three! ) preview pics from Oliver and Rachel’s day at Burnham Deepdale Church and The Chaucer Barn at Gresham.

A beautiful wedding in North Norfolk and thank you to Oliver and Rachel for asking me to be part of it.
